Piles, Fissure & Fistula
Conservative Ayurvedic care for piles, fissure, and fistula. We reduce pain, bleeding, and constipation first, and advise procedures only when they are truly needed.
About this treatment
Arsha (piles), Parikartika (fissure), and Bhagandara (fistula) are closely tied to constipation, long sitting, spicy food, and straining. Bleeding, itching, swelling, and pain after stools can become a cycle of fear and harder stools. Ayurveda treats Agni, the rectum, and daily habits together.
At Vishwashree Clinic, most early piles and fissures are managed with sitz guidance, local oils or ghrita, laxative herbs that do not create dependence, and diet that keeps stools soft. Chronic or complicated fistula and large prolapsing piles are assessed honestly; a procedure is discussed only if conservative care will not be enough.
